E scooter keeps blowing a fuse. Please help! This means alot to my kid.?

I bought my daughter an e scooter and when she pushes the gas all of the way down the fuse blows or breaks in it. THe fuse is hot when we take it out. The scooter will go until she pushes the gas down all of the way. Please help, this means alot to my child. I think she loves this scooter more than she lvoes me. So if you have a clue as to what it could be or where or how we can get a manual or find a shop for it in or near Frankfort Ky/Lexington ky. That would really help, thanks for looking
