Any good penthouses in NYC?

I'm looking for a penthouse in nyc with a good view, spacious, and a terrace,(preferably a large penthouse). I was planning on the W hotel on lexington ave. This is for my prom, and me and several friends. I will be the only one staying the full night until checkout, everyone else is just going to party. I also don't want to spend more then $3500 a night any help would be great
