Why my right tonsils really HURTS when I SWALLOW?

It really hurts even though if I just normally swallow it really hurts! Even when I eat or even just drink, my right tonsils hurt. Last week, I had tonsilitis and fever but before the week ended, the fever went away and my throat started to get better and I had to take Antibiotics every 8 hours for 1 week. But I think I have a mistake too that's why my right tonsils hurt, because I take my Antibiotics irregularly I mean sometimes I tend to forget to intake my Antibiotics, sometimes beyond 8 hours. Does this affect it? Or what happened? Please answers!!! And how do I cure this or should I see a doctor? Thanks. Please I need some HELP. It hurts so bad and the worse is, everytime I just swallow it hurts. I don't have any sore throats right now or something, just that my right tonsils hurt when I swallow.
