I don't wanna build a body. I wanna be fit for escaping from a place, or if there's a natural calamity, or if I get stuck in a tropical rain forest, run, climb vines. Speed and strength for stuff like that. And of course look like Bruce Lee. (Not really, he was too extreme. But I wanna be lean). I figured jogging, swimming, various pushups and various chinups. What do you guys think?
