How can I keep from losing my Spanish skills?

I lived in Spain and Puerto Rico this year, and now I am about to move back to Kentucky where it is difficult to find someone to speak Spanish with. I go to the University of Kentucky and I know that there is a high Hispanic population in Lexington but it is very "segregated" -as in there are neighborhoods that somewhat keep to themselves. I want to continue speaking the language everyday and keep my new language skills. any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
