Do you consider people who live in Kentucky hillbillies?

No, I've never thought of it. Most people don't look down on people from the country. Only as*holes do. And as*holes look down on most people, not just people from the country. I wouldn't think to call them hillbillies, the term seems sort of old and a little bit outdated, esp since people don't live in rural isolation like real hillbillies of 50-100 years ago (highways).
