Sharp pain when there is pressure put on my right ovary?

I just noticed this an hour ago while leaning against the sink. It only hurts when pressure is applied. There are no marks on my skin there. I'm a virgin so I can't be pregnant. I will be talking to a gynecologist soon, but any answers will help. Thank you!
