My breath smells like sh*t all the time?

Because of those little white stones that form in the crypts of my tonsils. I've heard that you can use a water pick to get them out, but I don't know where to look for one at. Does Wal-Mart sell them? And where would they be located at in the store? Anyone else had this problem with tonsil stones making your breath horrible?
