Does this guy like me?

Okay. We're best friends and really close. It's hard to read him and we fight a lot over the stupidest things and then he calls me a *****... anyways, he always "likes" all my closest friends and one of my very best friends (she can read people, she took a class in it) says he does that to make me jealous. He's really nice when he isn't mad and asked me out a long time ago when we weren't really friends at all. I said no, but that sort of started our friendship. I always tell him I love him, but he never responds the same. He jokes around a lot with me and says he thinks I'm really pretty. During the school year, he would come over my house every day (and I do mean every day). We would sometimes walk together (I live close to my school) or I would take the bus and he would walk alone.We can tell each other anything because we are so comfortable with each other. Sometimes, he even sits on my lap. I always tell him who I like and he tries to make them like me. It's rather funny. One time, I spit water on to him and he threw me to the ground (I was surprised) and like leaned over me sort of. It was weird. Well, I don't know what else to say besides that after typing all of this it sounds like he only likes me as a friend. What do you think? Oh and sorry this is so disorganized. I wrote whatever came to mind.
